Hello, I've been having difficulty clearing my VADO HD (2nd Generation) so that I have the full memory available for VGA. Although I both deleted the videos from the VADO itself and moved the videos to a file in my PC on the "C" Drive, the machine doesn't recognize that the memory should be completely empty, telling me I have fewer hours available than I should. I have searched all the information on the CREATIVE VADO sites, and can find no way to take care of this--including reformatting by pressing the delete button then turning the VADO on. It does return to HD+, which I then switch to VGA, but it still doesn't recognize the memory as empty. By the way, I am using a PC with Windows XP.

Sorry for the wordiness.

Thank you.

Hi Verna,

Are you trying to put them into an email directly through the software?

You will need to save the video first, then import the video to your email as an attachment through whatever email program you are using.

In order to save the video file, click "COPY" in the top left hand side of Vado Central and choose where on your computer you want to save it.

Just so I know, what generation of Vado are you using and are you on PC or Mac?

You can also reach me at: socialmedia@creativelabs.com if that is easier for you.
