TGIF Vado lovers! Let’s celebrate with a new Creative Pick! Today’s video is “Something Else” Music Video by Emerson College student, Andrew Nolan. Andrew did a great job of showing off the fine qualities of the Vado as well as his impeccable editing style. The opening sequence of the video is perfectly matched to the beats of the music- not an easy feat. The cinematography was point on, as well. Your filming style was intriguing, captivating, and slightly haunting. Andrew, we love the way you framed the video, the complex editing style, and are thankful for the introduction this great song. (My particular favorite lyric, “music is my jester, I never should have left her” is currently my IM away status.) I hope you keep us informed on what your group, Atlas of Creation, is up to next. Perhaps another Vado music video is in your future?
For those of you who want to vote on Andrew Nolan’s video, you can do so until January 31st. Be sure to check out the other videos while you are at the Vado Film Contest page. Students from film schools all over the nation have submitted their films to be voted on by all of us–the general public–as well as our Expert Panel of Judges. Winners have the chance to win killer prizes, including cash, an internship with a famous film maker, a handful of Vado HD pocket cams, and other awesome Creative gear.
See you next time with another Creative Pick!
